Todd is the Director of Programming and Strategic Relations for Federal Publications Seminars. He has over a decade of experience in the contracts industry. Prior to joining Federal Publications, he was a Product Manager for Thomson Reuters' Westlaw for 10 years. He also spent 20 years working for various advertising and marketing agencies in and around Minneapolis. He has an MBA from NYIT and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Marketing from Northwood University.
